Baked Fish Tacos
Fish tacos are so easy to make and taste awesome. This recipe is quick and easily increased for a large crowd. Pretty much any white fish will work, fresh or frozen making it a great and easy dinner or lunch.
Ingredients:
3 large fish fillets (depending on the fish you will need more or less, figure 4-6oz per person)
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 head cabbage, shredded to small pieces
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lime, juiced
Corn tortillas, taco size
Shredded cheese (optional)
Limes
Cilantro (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375℉.
- Prepare a baking dish, by spraying it with cooking spray.
- Place fish in the dish and sprinkle with 1/2 of the taco seasoning packet.
4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes off easily with a fork.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the taco sauce by combining the mayo, sour cream, lime juice and remaining 1/2 of taco seasoning packet.
6. Stir ingredients together, cover and refrigerate until the fish is done.
7. Once the fish is done, warm your tortillas.
8. Assemble by adding fish, cabbage, cilantro, sauce and cheese to each one.
9. Garnish with limes.
