Bacon and Spinach Quiche

Bacon and Spinach Quiche

Quiche is a great breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner food.  Served hot or cold, quiche is really not hard to make with a premade pie crust.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 9 inch uncooked pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 6 oz package of frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
 

Instructions

  • Cook bacon, crumble and set aside.
  • Defrost spinach, wring dry and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In the pie crust sprinkle the bacon and drained spinach. Set aside.
  • In a bowl combine the eggs, milk salt and pepper until fully incorporated.
  • Add the cheese the egg mixture and pour into the pie crust.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until lightly browned and a knife comes out clean.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
