Cherry Gelatin Molded Salad
For those longing for the days when grandma brought a jell-o mold to every family dinner.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup pitted black cherries
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 oz. stuffed olives, sliced
1 package orange gelatin
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 2/3 cup liquid cherry juice
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add cherry juice and lemon juice to gelatin. Set aside.
In your mold add the cherries, nuts and olives. Pour gelatin over fruits. Place in refrigerator to set up.
