Steak Chili

Everyone loves the smell of homemade chili on a cold day and nothing beats the warm full feeling you get after eating a huge bowl of meaty beany goodness. Topped with crackers, diced fresh white onion and loads of cheese, homemade chili is the best comfort food!
Ingredients:
1 pound steak (cut into cubes)
2 14.5 oz diced low salt (or no salt) tomatoes
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 whole onion chopped
2 cans beans (kidney, white, pinto) with liquid
Tabasco/ hot sauce (to taste)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
4. Cover and cook on high until bubbling (depending on whether or not your meat was frozen, this will take 1- 3 hours).
5. Once bubbling, turn heat to low and continue to cook for 4-5 hours, until meat is very tender.
6. One hour before serving, add both cans of beans, heat thoroughly.
7. Right before serving, taste and add hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
