Rocky Road No Bake Cookies

If you love rocky road ice cream, you are going to love these simple no bake cookies.

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed graham crackers

2 cups mini marshmallows

2 cups chopped dates

2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

1 can condensed sweet milk

Bag of coconut flakes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except coconut,  in a bowl.  Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in coconut flakes.  (These freeze well too!)
