Turkey Waldorf Salad

Turkey Waldorf Salad

This is a great recipe for holiday dinner leftovers.  (Chicken breast can easily be used in substitute for the turkey meat.)

Ingredients:

4 cups chopped and cooked turkey meat

1 cup green apple chopped small

1 cup walnuts, chopped small

1 cup seedless red grapes, chopped in half

1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained

1 1/2 cup mayonnaise (light or regular)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
