Cooking- How do I make masa fluffy?
There are couple of tricks to making masa. First, you want fresh ingredients (stale corn flour or lard is no bueno). Second you want to whip up the lard with a good mixer to get it light and fluffy (my Kitchaid mixer is amazing at this!). Check out my tamale recipe for step by step instructions.
