Rosemary Potatoes

Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients:

1.5 pounds of small red potatoes

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, minced

1 teaspoon of fresh parsley, minced

salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Boil potatoes until they are about half way cooked through.
  3. Remove water from pan, add oil and rosemary.
  4. Spread potatoes onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
