This is a dish that will impress your guests! They will never know how easy it really is to make.
Ingredients
1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz linguini pasta
4 Tbs. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 lemon, wedged
1 Tbs. fresh parsley, fined chopped
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, until al dente.
A few minutes before your pasta is done, in a large saute pan, melt the butter over medium/ low heat. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add in the shrimp and cook until no longer translucent (do not overcook). Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Add the wine and lemon juice to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until just slightly reduced. Add the al dente pasta to the pan with the sauce and cook for 3 minutes (this will finish the cooking process for the pasta).
Add most of the parsley and shrimp to the pan and cook for 1 minute (just enough to make sure the shrimp is heated).
Serve immediately with lemon wedge on the side and a quick sprinkle of parsley on top.
