Quiche is a great breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner food. Served hot or cold, quiche is really not hard to make with a premade pie crust.
Ingredients
- 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 9 inch uncooked pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 6 oz package of frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
Instructions
- Cook bacon, crumble and set aside.
- Defrost spinach, wring dry and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In the pie crust sprinkle the bacon and drained spinach. Set aside.
- In a bowl combine the eggs, milk salt and pepper until fully incorporated.
- Add the cheese the egg mixture and pour into the pie crust.
- Bake 45 minutes or until lightly browned and a knife comes out clean.
- Let rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
